No personal checks are accepted for the following:

(Money Orders and Cashier's Checks accepted for mail in orders)

Birth Records, Death Records, Marriage Records

• Birth certificates are electronically submitted to the State Department of Health from the hospital.  Certified copies of birth certificates can be issued currently back to 1905 for $15.00 each.
• Certified copies of death certificates and marriage licenses are $15.00 each.
