DRUG COURT
A structured, five-phase intervention program designed to support individuals struggling with significant substance use disorders through treatment, accountability, and intensive court supervision.
DUI COURT
A problem-solving court that holds repeat DUI offenders accountable while equipping them with the treatment, monitoring, and tools necessary for long-term sobriety.
VETERANS COURT
A voluntary program providing intensive supervision and case management to adult felony offenders whose military service has contributed to substance use and/or mental health challenges, connecting them with treatment and supportive services.
MENTAL HEALTH COURT
A problem-solving court that provides structured supervision, treatment coordination, and accountability for individuals whose criminal behavior is closely linked to serious mental illness. The program connects participants with community-based mental health services while promoting stability, reducing recidivism, and improving long-term outcomes.
