The Pennington County State’s Attorney serves as the chief prosecutor of adult and juvenile crimes in Pennington County, but that is only one part of our work. Our office also represents the community in abuse and neglect proceedings, mental health commitment hearings, and provides legal counsel to other Pennington County departments, as well as the Board of County Commissioners. Through these responsibilities, our office delivers a range of vital programs and services that support public safety and the well-being of our community.
