PENNINGTON COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 221 - An ordinance providing for the Pennington County Sheriff to authorize traffic direction by school crossing guards.

Be it hereby ordained by the Pennington County Board of Commissioners as follows:

The Sheriff of Pennington County is hereby authorized to assign school crossing guards the authority to direct all traffic in the immediate vicinity of a school by voice, hand or signal in conformance with all county and state traffic laws
