Inmates that release prior to receiving their order have 7 days to pick it up. (Mon-Fri during business hours)
Inmates who transfer prior to receiving their order can give authorization during the release process for someone to pick it up within 30 days. (Mon-Fri during business hours)

- Commissary orders are processed 2x per week.
- Orders placed by Sunday evening at 10pm MST will be delivered Tuesday night.
- Orders placed by Wednesday evening at 10pm MST will be delivered Friday night.
- Holidays and severe weather may impact commissary delivery.
