The Pennington County Equalization office is conducting a mass appraisal study in compliance with South Dakota Codified Law 10-6-119 which requires considering all three approaches to value; cost, market (sales), and income. In order to ensure a more accurate valuation, our office is requesting income and expense information for your property.
