Pennington County 4-H Garden Clean up Event April 18, 2026

To honor  Earth Day this year, the Pennington County Extension 4-H office wants to see you on April 18th –2026 Starting at 8:00 am, for our garden clean-up.

Bring your garden tools and gloves, and help us transform our garden into a Youth and Family  Demonstration Garden!

This event is open to everyone whether  you sign up or not!

We would love to see you!!!

South Dakota Rodeo Late Entry Process
South Dakota 4-H Rodeo entries MUST BE post marked by April 1 2026. Entries post marked after April 1, 2026, thru May 1, 2026 will be assessed a $150.00 late fee that must be included with the late entry to be considered complete. A family with more than one late entry will be assesed $150.00  for the first entry and $50 for each additional entry. The contestant will not be eligeble for Rodeo until the secretary has received the entry and any required fees. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MAY 1ST

First place on Each  age group /Incentive area will earn a $25.00 Prize

• Clothing and Textiles
• Wood Science
• Natural Resources and Conservation

Deadline to enroll project areas on 4-H Online is  June 1, 2026

Trail Challenge May 16 and 17 of 2026

This is a free event  at the Black Hills National Forest for South Dakota 4-H Members
