Volunteer Board Serving Without Compensation
The Pennington County Fire Service Board (FSB) serves as an advisory board representing the interests of Pennington County's career and volunteer fire departments. The Board works collaboratively with the Pennington County Board of Commissioners, Rapid City Fire Department, Pennington County Emergency Management, Pennington County Emergency Services Communications Center, Ellsworth Air Force Base Fire Department, South Dakota Wildland Fire, the U.S. Forest Service, and other local, state, and federal public safety partners.
