Volunteer Board Serving Without Compensation
The Pennington County Fire Service Board (FSB) is a user board that represents the interests of the county’s career and volunteer fire departments. The Board collaborates with the Pennington County Board of Commissioners, the Rapid City Fire Department, Pennington County Emergency Management, the Pennington County Emergency Services Communications Center, the Ellsworth Air Force Base Fire Department, South Dakota Wildland Fire, the U.S. Forest Service, and the U.S. Wildland Fire Service.
