The Pennington County Auditor's Office performs all the duties required by law relative to all County, State and Federal elections held in the County. The Auditor also maintains voter registration records and county election history.

Absentee Voting begins May 24, 2021

Absentee Voting -

 

 Vote by Mail or In-Person:

  • Vote by Mail:  Request a ballot by mail by completing this form:  Absentee Ballot Application Form
  • You may email your absentee ballot application and a copy of your ID to elections@pennco.org
  • Postage to return a voted ballot is $1.00 - don't forget to SIGN the back of the return envelope
  • You may drop your voted ballot off in person using our ballot drop-off box in the entry to the County Administration Building, 130 Kansas City Street.  This box is available to the public 24 hours/ 7 days a week.
  • Vote on Election Day:  Polling places with be open on Election Day with social distancing in effect.  Masks are encouraged, but not required.  Please allow for the possibility of long lines on Election Day.  Please avoid bringing unnecessary persons to the polling place.
