Equalization Office - Receive Assessment Notice by E-mail

 

Please use the following form to provide the Pennington County Equalization Office with your e-mail address.  After we input your e-mail address into our system all future property assessment notices and tax bills will be sent to you at this e-mail address instead of sending by U.S. Postal Service.

IMPORTANT: By sending us your e-mail address you are agreeing to use your e-mail address as the primary method of receiving your property assessment and tax information.  If your e-mail address changes you MUST contact us and request that we update your e-mail address.  We will not make a second attempt to send your property assessment and tax information to you if the e-mail address you provide to us is invalid or if the e-mail does not reach you for any reason.  If you are using a spam filter please be sure it is set to accept incoming e-mail from www.pennco.org.
