In order to assist individuals who are waiting in line over their lunch hours, we do not accept phone calls between 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM MST

In addition, we do not accept phone calls after 4:30 PM MST in order to finalize the day.

* If you are unable to reach the Treasurer's Office by telephone, please complete the following form and submit.  We will provide a response within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. This is the most effective way to communicate with our office if the phone lines are busy.

*If you are requesting a call back from our staff a $3.00 long distance call fee may be applicable and collected during the call (a credit card service fee applies).
