How do I join the queue using the QR code?

To join the queue using the QR code available on the front doors of the Administrative Building or in the lobby of the Treasurer's Office you will need to use the camera on your smart phone. 

Open your camera* and zoom in on the QR code. A yellow link should appear on your screen (usually towards the bottom). Click the link it will take you to the queue login page. Enter your first and last name, phone number, and in the "How can we help you today?" field select your transaction type. Once you have entered all the required fields hit the join button. 

If you are processing on behalf of a business, please enter the name and phone number of the individual processing the transaction in the office and the business name in the company name field.

You are now logged into the queue! If you entered a cell phone number you will receive a text stating your place in line and estimated wait time. Once it is your turn you will receive another text telling you which desk to go to. 

If you don't have a cell phone, we have multiple monitors in the lobby displaying the queue. Watch for your name- once it's your turn your name will move to the top with the desk number you are being called to. 

 *Do not use an app other than the camera to scan the QR code. It will take you to an unrelated page.
