Volunteer Board Serving Without Compensation
The Pennington County Fire Service Board (FSB) is a volunteer body that represents the interests of the county’s volunteer fire departments. The Board collaborates with the Pennington County Board of Commissioners, Rapid City Fire Department, Pennington County Emergency Management, Ellsworth Air Force Base Fire Department, South Dakota Wildland Fire, and the U.S. Forest Service.
