EMT / EMR Class Completion Form

Submissions for 2024 EMT/EMR Class Completion recognition close at noon on Tuesday, Oct. 1st, 2024 (midnight).

The Pennington County Fire Chiefs Association recognizes firefighters who have successfully completed the EMT and/or EMR Course during the last year.  Please use this form to list individuals from your fire department who have completed this course between September 2023 - September 2024.
